Research Interests

  • Reproductive Physiology of Fish and Marine Invertebrates (including sex differentiation, sexual maturity, environmental control, reproductive endocrinology, interactions between growth and reproduction).
  • Development of methods to control sex differentiation and reproduction of fish and marine invertebrates (spawning induction, spermiation enhancement, production of monosexual populations, efficient broodstock management, gamete quality and conservation).
  • Fish and Marine Invertebrates Biology and Physiology. Ecophysiology including captive conditions.
  • Fish and Marine Invertebrates Farming and Fisheries.

Research Experience (main researcher)
